NEXT REP PERFORMANCE, LLC, based in Florida, operates reset. This policy covers our marketing website, its two-minute demo and our waitlist. The reset app has a separate privacy notice for accounts and training data.

Your cookie choice

We use optional Google Analytics cookies to understand visits, demo progress and signups, and to improve the website. Google Analytics loads only after you select Accept. Reject leaves analytics off; you can still use the demo and join the waitlist.

You can change or withdraw your choice through Privacy choices. Rejecting after accepting stops further analytics collection and removes the website’s Google Analytics cookies. It does not erase data already received by Google. We also keep analytics off when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal.

What analytics measures

When you accept, Google Analytics receives information such as page visits, button clicks, demo starts, steps, audio progress, completion, exits and confirmed waitlist conversions. This helps us understand where visitors find the experience useful or leave it.

We do not send your email address, private exercise answers, chosen cue or personal referral code to Google Analytics. Advertising personalization, Google signals and user-provided data collection are disabled.

How Google uses information from sites that use its services

Browser storage

We remember your cookie choice for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies are configured for a 180-day lifetime. Functional browser storage remembers whether you completed the demo or joined the waitlist and, when available, your referral link. A referring friend’s code can be kept for the current browser session. Clearing site data removes this browser’s saved information.

Your demo selections stay in the page’s memory. They are not sent to our waitlist service or Google Analytics.

Joining the waitlist

When you join, we collect your email address, your permission to receive first-access updates, an optional parent, athlete or coach role, and any valid referral code you use. We use this information to manage the list, send a confirmation and invitations, and credit verified referrals. Joining the waitlist is separate from agreeing to analytics.

Our service providers include Cloudflare for website delivery and referral processing, Supabase for waitlist storage, and Resend for email delivery. Website delivery also involves technical information such as your IP address and browser request; this is separate from optional analytics.

We retain waitlist information while managing first-access communications and referrals. To leave the list, ask about your information or request deletion, contact privacy@mentalperformance.app. Please do not include passwords or private exercise reflections.

Young athletes

reset’s website training is intended for athletes 13 and older and the adults supporting them. Children under 13 should not submit their email address here. A parent or guardian can contact us about information submitted by their child.
